1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the WifiShare app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the app immediately.

2. Use of the Application

You agree to use WifiShare responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Users must not:

• Use the app to access, intercept, monitor, or manipulate network traffic illegally
• Use the app to attempt unauthorized access to networks, devices, or services
• Use the app for any harmful, malicious, or abusive activity
• Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the application

3. Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot & VPN Functionality

WifiShare provides features such as Wi-Fi Direct device discovery, hotspot sharing, and a local-only VPN/proxy tunnel for routing data between connected devices.

Important: WifiShare does not provide internet service or external VPN servers. All routing is performed locally on your device.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have permission to share your internet connection
• Complying with local laws, regulations, and network policies
• Maintaining the security of your device, hotspot, and credentials

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some features of WifiShare may be available through optional premium upgrades or subscriptions. All payments are handled securely through the Google Play Billing system.

Billing Terms:

• All purchases are final and handled by Google Play
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You may manage or cancel your subscription from your Google Play account

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within WifiShare are the property of the app owner. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

WifiShare uses third-party services such as:

• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage insights)
• OneSignal (optional notifications)

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Availability or performance of the app
• Continuous or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices, networks, or routers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of WifiShare are not responsible for:

• Data loss, corruption, or security breaches
• Network issues caused by misconfiguration or misuse
• Damage to devices or data resulting from use of the app
• Any legal consequences arising from improper network sharing

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WifiShare at any time if you violate these Terms.
