This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for ShareWifi, a product of One91 Network Pte. Ltd.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All ShareWifi Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Because billing is handled by Google, refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are subject to the Google Play refund policy.

How to Request a Refund

  • Within 48 hours: You can request a refund directly through your Google Play account order history.
  • After 48 hours: Refunds are at the discretion of Google Play and the developer. Contact us and we will do our best to help.
  • Subscriptions: You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your Google Play account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.

Free Premium (Rate & Earn)

Premium days earned through our Rate & Earn program are provided free of charge and are not eligible for monetary refunds.
